This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things or you have advised us of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, its software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.  



The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected. 

Bank transfer and all major Credit/Debit Cards, are all acceptable methods of payment. Payment in full must be made within thirty days. The products will remain the property of Eastern Michigan Distributors until the balance is paid in full. Outstanding balances left unsettled past the due date will incur interest until fully settled.



Should any outstanding balance remain unpaid after sixty days from the date of invoice, Eastern Michigan Distributors will have the right to seek the assistance of collection Agencies to settle any remaining balance. In light of this event, any administrative or court costs incurred during the collection process will be shouldered by the Client.  



Consequently, all previous transactions and/or agreements entered into will cease with immediate effect until such time that any and all outstanding payments are recovered in full.   

Unless stated otherwise, all contents displayed in this website are considered the exclusive and intellectual property of the Eastern Michigan Distributors or by the third-party affiliates who have licensed their materials to the company.  



The company’s logo, designs, slogans, and names are all trademarked to the Eastern Michigan Distributors, unless specified. The brand names, products and specific services found and offered on this website have also been trademarked.  



Any unauthorized distribution, publication or selling of the text, images, programs, or other related content is prohibited and is punishable by law unless there is an express written consent provided by the company. 

Eastern Michigan Distributors ensures to the best of our ability that all product information and pricing are accurate. However, typographical errors may occur.  



In the event that the product you ordered contains an error in pricing or in any of its data, we may either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.

Eastern Michigan Distributors does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free during the course of your visit, although it is provided to the best ability.
